The The 1st Floor Challenge (T1FC) is a Gamification Workshop that presents Design Thinking, Project Management and Sustainability methodologies, in an integrated and fun way, by applying them to a real world situation. While learning, through practice, participants explore Team Building aspects ranging from Problem Solving to Conflict Resolution.

What will you have to do?

  • Find a minimum number of participants .
  • Promote the event by using all means you have at hand (i.e. social networks).
  • Find a venue and take care of the logistics.
  • Follow us on twitter @1floorchallenge and join us on facebook.

What do you get out of this?

  •    You participate in the workshop for FREE. What does this mean?
    • You practice Project Management, Team Building and Innovation skills.
    • You get 07 PDU’s for your PMP® certification exam or PMP® renovation.
    • You get a certificate of presence, and the possibility to see your project in the Hall of Fame.
    • You get a PRiSM® certificate given by GPM®.
    • Cookies, coffee and a lot of Fun.
  •    You will receive a commission.
  •    Want to organize more than one event and become a representative? You are welcome!

How we help you?

   We create a page for your event in the website.
   We create a poster for the event.
   We help you with the promotion through our social network.

   We take care of the payment process.
   We take care of the Workshop presentation.

I strongly believe that the practical nature of the T1FC provides the opportunity for students to learn and develop skills in an integrated way. During their academic studies, students don’t, usually, have the chance to run a real project, from the very beginning to its completion using international project management best practices. With the T1FC, they will have the chance to apply their knowledge in a real world project - practice is of paramount importance for project management!
